Patients register directly at the registration desk, fill out an epidemiological investigation form and give informed consent.
Registration personnel provide patients with labels and ziplock plastics
The patient is directed to the swab booth.
The swab officer in the swab booth asked for the patient's name tag and a plastic ziplock, then put the name tag directly on the newly opened rapid antigen cassette.
Swab personnel perform nasopharyngeal swab on the patient, then insert the swab into the rapid antigen buffer kit and carry out the test procedure.
Samples should be tested as soon as possible after collection.
Results management personnel send soft-copy results directly to patients after being approved by daily doctor in charge at laboratory (DPJLH)
Hard copies of results equipped with laboratory wet stamps can be taken by patients directly at the counter during working hours.

Stool specimens can be collected at any time, especially in the acute phase.
Feces should not be taken from pots or bad pans.
Feces is taken as much as 10 grams or a teaspoon aseptically from feces that are slimy or bloody and put in a sterile plastic pot (feces container).
Do not get contaminated with urine and toilet water.
Label and send together the request form

Pasien mendaftarkan diri langsung ke meja pendaftaran, mengisi formulir penyelidikan epidemiologi dan informed consent.
Personil pendaftaran memberikan pasien label dan plastik ziplock kepada pasien.
Pasien diarahkan ke booth swab.
Petugas swab di dalam booth swab meminta label nama pasien dan plastic ziplock, kemudian menempelkan label nama langsung pada cassete rapid antigen yang baru dibuka.
Personil swab melakukan tindakan swab nasofaring pada pasien, kemudian memasukkan swab ke dalam buffer kit rapid antigen dan melaksanakan prosedur tes.
Sampel harus diuji secepat mungkin setelah pengumpulan.
Personil pengelola hasil mengirimkan hasil soft-copy langsung ke pasien setelah disahkan oleh dokter penanggung jawab laboratorium harian (DPJLH)
Hard copy hasil yang dilengkapi dengan cap basah laboratorium dapat diambil pasien langsung di loket pada jam kerja.

Spesimen feses dapat diambil sewaktu, terutama saat fase akut.
Feses tidak boleh diambil dari pot atau bad pan.
Feses diambil sebanyak 10 gram atau satu sendok teh secara aseptik dari tinja yang berlendir atau berdarah dan masukkan ke dalam pot plastik steril (kontainer feses).
Jangan sampai terkontaminasi dengan urin dan air kloset.
Beri label dan kirim bersama formulir permintaan pemeriksaan.
